Program administered by adult schools and LEAs using
standards-based instructional materials for reading and language
arts with English learners. Over 100 LEAs have received

Achievement Test also known as the Stanford 9.
This is the actual test students in grades two eleven
take statewide by May 15 of every year. This test was selected
by the California Department of Education from the STAR program.
The test is multiple choice and covers reading, language, and
mathematics. Reference
